Fairway & Ranch Realty was founded by Randy and Diana Roth in 1990. Roth came from a background of golf course marketing /developing and golf tournament productions (PGA and LPGA). Prior to Fairway & Ranch, Roth was the Director of Marketing for Jack Nicklaus Development at the Bear Creek Golf Club in Murrieta, California "Home of the 1985 Skins Game." The Roths, Randy & Diana settled in the Temecula Valley in 1984 raised their 2 daughters in the excellent public school system. The family run business is anxious to serve you with their extensive area expertise.

The Greater Temecula/Murrieta Valley areas are located approximately 25 nautical miles from the Pacific Ocean off Interstate 15, 45 Minutes from Anaheim and 60 miles from San Diego, straight east of Camp Pendleton and San Clemente.

Features a year round micro climate with ocean breezes feeding into the valleys providing clean smog free air. The area features a Mediterranean climate and terrain that many compare to the rolling hills of Tuscany, Italy.
