I hail from Woodland, CA, which has been my hometown since birth. My entire family was also brought up in this serene location. Following my completion of college, I ventured into the oil industry as a land agent. However, my tenure in this field was short-lived as I soon transitioned into the role of a grain buyer, responsible for overseeing operations across the entirety of the Sacramento Valley. In 1976, at a mere 24 years old, I embarked on my real estate journey. Prior to this career path, I had acquired valuable experience and knowledge from my previous occupations. These roles served as stepping stones, preparing me for success in the realm of real estate. It was during this time that I established Farm & Ranch Realty, a venture that has accompanied me throughout my professional life. Till this day, I persistently work in the Sacramento Valley, dedicated to the real estate industry. In my 35 years of professional experience, I have had the opportunity to engage in various aspects of the agricultural industry, including buying, selling, and developing agricultural properties. Throughout my career, I have been involved in numerous projects, such as the implementation of government programs like Wetland Land Reserve, EQIP, WHIP, CREP, and CRP. This experience has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the policies and procedures enforced by the county's planning departments. I have successfully handled lot line adjustments, parcel maps, conservation easements, Certificate of Compliance, and Williamson Act contract revisions. Furthermore, I possess expertise in farm management, as I actively participate in farming operations alongside my family on our own ranches and leased properties. Our crops include a diverse range, such as rice, corn, wheat, safflower, sunflowers, and walnuts. The foundation of my business, Farm & Ranch Realty, is built upon my firm belief that operating with honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and maintaining high standards of professionalism will lead us to success.
