I hail from Woodland, CA, where I spent my formative years alongside my loving family. Following my college education, I delved into the oil industry as a diligent land agent. However, after a brief period in that line of work, I found myself transitioning to the role of a grain buyer, responsible for overseeing operations throughout the sprawling Sacramento Valley.
It was in 1976, at the youthful age of 24, that I embarked on my journey in the realm of real estate. Equipped with the invaluable knowledge and skills honed during my previous professional endeavors, I forged ahead and established Farm & Ranch Realty. Since then, I have tirelessly dedicated myself to serving the Sacramento Valley, a commitment that endures till this very day.
During my extensive 35-year career, I have been involved in a wide range of agricultural property transactions, including buying, selling, and developing. Notably, I have worked on various government initiatives such as the Wetland Land Reserve, EQIP, WHIP, CREP, and CRP programs. This experience has allowed me to navigate county planning departments efficiently, handling tasks like lot line adjustments, parcel maps, conservation easements, Certificate of Compliance, and revisions to Williamson Act contracts. As a result, I have gained a thorough understanding of their policies and procedures, ensuring smooth dealings.
Furthermore, I have acquired expertise in farm management. In addition to my professional endeavors, I am actively involved in farming alongside my family on our ranches and leased properties. Our crops include high-quality corn, wheat, safflower, sunflowers, and walnuts.
It is with this wealth of knowledge and experience that I established Farm & Ranch Realty. Our core belief is that by conducting business with honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism, we will achieve success.
